We have allocated overall responsibility for ensuring that the requirements of the Standard are implemented and maintained to our Director of Operations, who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, reflecting the importance with which we view our Quality Management System.

In terms of customer support, our aim is one of total customer satisfaction in our ability to handle and resolve queries backed-up by on-site trouble-shooting if required.

We utilise the information generated by our Quality Management System to ensure that our decision-making retains a factual base.

Classic Security (UK) Ltd has contracted Global QA Management Consultants for all its Quality Assurance requirements. Global QA Management Consultants is a preferred consultancy of the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) and highly respected by UKAS certification bodies including the NSI (National Security Inspectorate) BSI and Lloyds QA.
