CCTV systems and remote monitoring

24-hour response centre
Our Response Centre is manned 24 hours a day, every day of the year, to ensure the safety of our staff and the coordination of the appropriate response activity for any issues that arise at your premises.
Through our alarm response service, you can avoid false alarms that can lead to your business being removed from emergency service response cover, or, if your company has already been removed, Classic will provide the cover required. We will react to alarms with our mobile response units, and contact the appropriate emergency services, whilst continuing to protect any insecure premises.
Key holding service
The Classic Security key holder service provides you with peace of mind and the reassurance that all access to your property will be managed safely and securely. We hold the keys for your properties and attend the site to facilitate access for authorised purposes, whenever you request it. Classic Security operatives are well versed in assisting the police to escort people on and off the premises and will always ensure the security of the building afterwards.
If your property doesn’t require a permanent security presence, but still needs to be inspected on a regular basis, then why not consider our mobile patrol service? Our mobile patrol units will visit your premises regularly to check site security, as well as ensuring that no other internal issues, such as water leaks, exist within the building.
Mobile response vehicles
Here at Classic Security we have a team of Mobile Response Units that respond to incidents at any property protected by us. Co-ordinated through our 24-hours response centre, these units attend alarms and provide support to other security staff in the event of an incident. They patrol in sectors to ensure minimum response times and mutual support.
Our building managers ensure the smooth running of your premises: from the control of utility services and cleaning through to tenant liaison. The building manager is there to make sure your all tenants’ needs are catered for in an efficient, professional and unobtrusive manner.

From hotel and restaurant bookings to arranging meeting rooms and conference call facilities, the concierge’s function is to provide you with every assistance in an efficient and friendly manner.

Static security officers
We provide highly trained security officers to protect your premises. All our security officers receive location-specific training to ensure they are fully aware of all the potential risks and procedures at the premises they are guarding. This can range from alarm protocols and fire regulations, through to a full understanding of the site-specific risks associated with each building. A thorough knowledge of the utilities within the building ensures our officers are equipped to deal with any eventuality. They are in constant communication with the building manager and our 24-hour response centre, giving you peace of mind about the security of your premises.
Our skilled and experienced caretakers can manage the opening, closing and securing of premises, general maintenance and all aspects of on-site health and safety. Whether your property is vacant or occupied, one of our caretakers will ensure it is maintained safely and to your high standards.
Car park management
At Classic Security we offer a full range of car park services. This ranges from permanent on-site management or scheduled management, through to ad hoc site visits. The parking control methods we can employ include penalty notices and vehicle removal.
Remote access control for gates & doors
From our 24-hour response centre, we provide remote access management, via pass code, to secure premises. This allows you the flexibility to have managed access for unoccupied premises or specific areas of sites or buildings, especially during the night or early mornings. This can be achieved either via simple pass codes, provided over the phone, or in conjunction with CCTV monitoring, to observe the movements of people entering and leaving the premises.
Help desk facilities
Another extension to our services is the Classic Security Help Desk. This provides emergency out-of-hours cover for our clients. For example, our help desk holds all the approved supplier and emergency contractor details for facilities management businesses and their tenants. In the event of an out-of-hours incident that requires immediate response, we will contact them and commence remedial measures. Clients are informed by phone, which is followed up by a help desk incident report. You can follow incidents by logging into the client portal of the Help Desk at any time.
